Virtual CFO

• Managing cash flow at operating level
• Devising Management Information System and implementing the same
• Overseeing the routine transaction process and drive efficiency.
• Dealing/ Negotiating with external agencies like Banks/ Financial Institutions, Stock Exchange, SEBI, Tax Authorities on behalf of company
• Interacting with the auditors and assist in finalizing the annual accounts
• Build strategic value of the finance function by supporting the top management in achieving the business target
• Guiding management in making optimum utilization of available resources by reducing cost, improving efficiencies by increasing overall return on investment
